Meet the Staff
Dawn, Dental Hygienist
Dawn is a 1988 graduate of Allegany Community College and has been with Dr. Arrighi since he opened his practice in 2004. She lives in Middletown with her husband and three children. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as any type of exercising.
Fran – Financial Coordinator
Fran has been in the dental field since 1991. She graduated from Hodgson Vocational and Technical School in 1992. She feels it is very rewarding to her to help patients with all of their insurance and financial needs. In her free time she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her husband and son.
Jasmine – Dental Assistant
Jasmine was born in Newark and still lives there with her family. She feels being a dental assistant for the last seven years has allowed her to meet a lot of great people. She enjoys getting to know all of our patients on a personal level and trying to make them comfortable during their visit. Being a mother of two boys does not allow for a lot of free time, but she enjoys playing board games or going to the skating rink.
Liz – Dental Assistant
Liz lives in Newark with her three children – two girls and one boy. She has been in the dental field, with some breaks, since 1987. She enjoys spending her summers at the beach with her children and dog.
Michelle – Dental Hygienist
Michelle grew up in Middletown and graduated from Delaware Technical Community College in 2001. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son in Earleville, MD, photography, and boating on the Bohemia River.
Sandy – Dental Hygienist
Sandy grew up in Stanton and moved to Middletown in 1999. She graduated in 1988 from Delaware Technical Community College and has been working as a dental hygienist ever since. She has been married for fourteen years and has a daughter and son. Summer is her favorite season, but she really enjoys the football and hockey seasons as well.
Shelly – Scheduling Coordinator
Shelly is a native of Delaware and has lived in Middletown for the past ten years with her husband and two daughters. In her spare time she enjoys shopping and spending time with her family and friends.
