Financial and Insurance Information

Our commitment is to provide you with the best dental care possible.  We make treatment recommendations based on what you need and not by what your insurance company will cover.  We do not let insurance companies dictate treatment.

We are in-network providers for Delta Dental Premier, Aetna PPO/Guardian Preferred, and Cigna PPO.  Although we do not have contractual arrangements with other insurance companies, we will help you receive the maximum payment to which you are entitled.

Insurance Information:  Dental insurance is not like medical insurance.  Your dental insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and the dental insurance company.  Dental insurance is a supplemental insurance and is not designed to pay for all your dental care in full.  We cannot guarantee what your insurance company will cover.  While we are happy to answer questions related to your insurance, your best resource is to contact them directly.  We do our best to estimate your coverage, but it is only an estimate.  Ultimately it is your responsibility to know your benefits and policy limitations.

Financial Information:  Co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of service.  Pre-payment for necessary, treatment-planned procedures (for example fillings, crowns, dentures, etc) is required at the time of scheduling to reserve your appointment time.  Any remaining balance following insurance payment is your responsibility.  We offer several different payment plan options through Care Credit.

Any accounts with a 90 day balance must be paid prior to scheduling any appointments.  Please note it is your responsibility to be sure we have updated contact information; this is not a valid excuse for unpaid balances.
